Paper cutting is an ancient art form that combines creativity and simplicity and contributes effectively to the development of skills and movement. Therefore, it has become necessary to adopt modern educational methods and means that develop skills and help address individual differences among learners. The educational program is one of the methods that combine the role of the teacher and the learner and enhance their effective role in the educational teaching process. It also contributes to developing the technical abilities of learners and stimulates their creativity and focus in an enjoyable and effective way, where the learner is a basic partner in building knowledge. Therefore, the program includes a simplified lesson that is presented using means such as (pictures - paper models). It is characterized by the art of cutting, as it does not require programs and program tools, which makes it effective in the program or school, so that the teacher can use it in a simple and enjoyable way. The diversity of teaching methods is of great importance in developing the educational process because it helps learners acquire experiences and skills, which leads to the development of their capabilities in terms of renewal and development
