The philosophical dimensions of the idea of death in cinema

Death represents an inevitable reality that cannot be avoided, escaped, or overlooked. Given the complex nature of death, particularly with regard to human death, the concept of death has been of great importance to philosophers, scientists, religious figures, and other thinkers. Death has existed since the beginning of life and is inherently separate from it, wherever it exists. The research comprises four chapters. The first chapter presents the problem, sets objectives, the importance of the research, its limitations, and defines terminology. The second chapter contains the theoretical framework, which includes two sections: the first deals with the concept of death across human civilizations and religions. The second section is titled "The Pictorial Embodiment of the Concept of Death in Cinema," followed by the theoretical framework. The third chapter addresses the research community, the research sample, the research methodology, and the sample analysis to arrive at results that achieve our research objectives, including:
- The concept of death is the fundamental basis upon which a set of religious ideas and beliefs are communicated, as in the film "The Seventh Seal."
2. The concept of death operates philosophically within the structure of the film, as in the film "The Seventh Seal.
