لم تتبع بنيه المنجزات الفنية على مر العصور مسار محدد بل كان هناك اختلاف واضح جداً, وكان للجانب العلمي حضوراً ودوراً مهما في التأثير على مجموعة كبيرة من الفنانين خصوصاً في النتاجات الفنية لمرحلة الحداثة وما بعدها, حيث اخذ بعض الفنانين يتناولون الجانب العلمي بصورة مباشرة مما جعل من نتاجاتهم الفنية ذات طابع علمي وجمالي تعكس رؤية وتطلع الفنان لواقعه المعرفي, وهذا ما اغنى المنجزات الفنية بأساليب وتقيات متعددة, ويعد الفن العضوي من الاساليب الفنية ذات الطابع العلمي التي تعددت فيها تقنيات الاظهار من خلال استثمار النظرية العضوية بمختلف تخصصاتها بصورة مباشرة او غير مباشرة ومزاوجتها مع اساليب فنية معاصرة مثل التركيب والتجهيز, وهذا ما اختصت به الدراسة الحالية في الكشف على تمظهرا الفن العضوي في هذه الاتجاهات الفنية.
