Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the possibility of artistic creativity and its relationship to the psychological flow of students in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Al-Aqsa University, as well as the study aimed to identify the level of both artistic creativity and psychological flow. The academic semester (2022-2023), and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the artistic creativity scale prepared by (Al-Qeeq, 2007), and the psychological flow scale prepared by (Jackson & marsh, 1996) and translated by (Al-Aqili and Al-Muhammadawi, 2015), and the researcher used Appropriate statistical methods to answer the study's questions and verify its hypotheses, including: the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the partial and multiple regression coefficients.

The study reached the following results:

  1. The arithmetic mean of psychological flow is (81.3%), which is a high level.
  2. The arithmetic mean of artistic creativity is (82.2%), which is a high level.
  3. There is a statistically significant positive relationship at the level (0.01) between the scores of each of the psychological flow and artistic creativity among students of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Al-Aqsa University, and the correlation coefficient reached (0.535).
  4. There are no statistically significant differences between the psychological flow and the common interactions: gender, academic level, specialization.
  5. There are no statistically significant differences between artistic creativity and common interactions: gender, academic level, and specialization.
