Abstract

The research deals with the aesthetics of digital representation in the sculptural products of art education students. The research included four chapters. The first chapter represented the methodological framework of the research problem, importance, objective, limits and research terms. The second chapter represented the theoretical framework and included two topics. The first topic was about aesthetics in contemporary thought. The second topic was about representation, idea and concept. The chapter concluded with indicators of the theoretical framework. The third chapter included the research methodology and procedures. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach with the analytical method. The research community amounted to (10) artworks, while the sample amounted to (2) artworks. An analysis tool form was built and the samples were analyzed accordingly. The fourth chapter included the research results, conclusions, recommendations and proposals. Among the most important results were (the main paragraph (contemporary digital representation) obtained the following repetitions: (2) appears, (0) appears to some extent, and (0) does not appear. The weighted mean amounted to (2.1), while the percentage weight amounted to (70%). This result shows representations of the concept of digital representation, as students were able to invest in spaces Virtual and digital design techniques in producing artistic forms with a modern dimension that reflects visual awareness. The main item (artistic references) received the following repetitions: (5) appears, (3) appears to some extent, and (1) does not appear. The weighted mean was (2.4), while the percentage weight was (81%). This result indicates that students rely on multiple and overlapping artistic references, most notably abstract and expressionist trends, indicating a contemporary artistic awareness that goes beyond formal simulation towards symbolic and conceptual expression through digital sculpture. The research concludes with a list of sources and appendices
