يُعتبر التعليم أداة التنمية ووسيلتها ، حيث يُمكن من تحقيق الكفاءة في الأداء والإنتاج إذا أحُسن استثماره وتوظيفه ، كما أن له مردود وعائد يظهر في بناء العنصر البشري المنتج والفعال الذي يسهم بدوره في زيادة الكفاءة الإنتاجية .
وتتيح برمجية نظام "البلاك بورد" للمعلم تحميل المواد التي يقوم بتدريسها على موقع إلكتروني ، وتتيح للمتعلم فرصة الاستمرار في عملية التعلم ، حيث تفسح المجال للمتعلمين للتواصل والتفاعل فيما بينهم ، والتواصل مع معلميهم من أجل القيام بعمل مشترك بطرق جديدة وممتعة ، وتساعد المؤسسات التعليمية في تحويل الإنترنت إلى وسط قوي في عملية التعليم .
وتتنوع تقنيات الحياكة طبقاً لطبيعة مفردات المنتج الملبسي ، والحياكة غير المتقنة هي احدى العيوب الكبيرة التي تقلل من قيمة المنتج الملبسي ، فالحياكة من العمليات الأهم في صناعة الملابس الجاهزة لكونها العمد الأساسي التي تحافظ على شكل الملبس وتصميمه وأدائه .
هدف البحث الي :
- بناء وحدة تعليمية بنظام "البلاك بورد" لتدريب الطالبات على تقنيات تصنيع الملابس .
- تطبيق الوحدة التعليمية بنظام "البلاك بورد" لتدريب الطالبات على تقنيات تصنيع الملابس .
- قياس فاعلية تطبيق الوحدة التعليمية بنظام "البلاك بورد" في إكساب الطالبات المعارف الخاصة تقنيات تصنيع الملابس.
- قياس فاعلية تطبيق الوحدة التعليمية بنظام "البلاك بورد" في تنمية مهارات الطالبات لتنفيذ تقنيات تصنيع الملابس .
توصل البحث الى :
- وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للوحدة التعليمية بنظام "البلاك بورد" للتدريب على تقنيات تصنيع الملابس لصالح التطبيق البعدي .
- وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي .
- وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لاختبار الأداء المهاري لصالح التطبيق البعدي .
وأوصى البحث بـ :
- إقامة وحدات تعليمية إلكترونية لرفع مستوى معارف ومهارات الطالبات في مجال تصنيع وانتاج الملابس لمواكبة التطور بالسوق المحلي لصناعة الملابس .
- تشجيع عضوات هيئة التدريس على ضرورة تطوير المقررات الدراسية باستخدام الوسائل والإستراتيجيات التعليمية الحديثة للارتقاء بالمستوى العلمي للطالبات .
- تطبيق نتائج البحث الحالي على الخريجات المتخصصات وغير المتخصصات لتنمية معارفهن ومهاراتهن تجاه صناعة الملابس الجاهزة مما يمكنهن من إقامة مشاريع صغيرة .
