ما يشهده العالم اليوم من تداخل واضح وملموس في كل ما يرافق حياة الانسان على المستوى التقني والمعرفي من اجل خدمة الانسان وتقديم كافه المستلزمات التي تساعد في تكوين بيئة متكاملة ومثالية قد انعكس ايضا على النشاطات الجانبية الاخرى المتمثلة بالجانب الترفيهي وبجزء كبير منها في الرياضة , فقد ادت الاساليب الفنية المعاصرة التي تعتمد على النظام السينوغرافي الى تداخل حقول الفن التشكيلي المعاصر مع نشاطات اخرى , وتشكل الرياضة احدى النشاطات التي تحظى باهتمام خاص بسبب اقبال اكثر فئة من سكان العالم على ممارستها او متابعتها مما جعل دول كثيرة تسعى لاستضافة احدى البطولات الرياضية على المستوى العالمي او القاري , وهذا ما يجعل من البلد المستضيف يهتم اكثر في اعداد وتنظيم مهرجان فني يعتمد على تعدد التقنيات المعاصرة وفق نظام سينوغرافي تجتمع فيه عدت اساليب و تقنيات من الفن المعاصر بكل اقسامه من اجل اثارة الدهشة او الصدمة اثناء تقديمها وتحشيد اكبر عدد ممكن من المتابعين داخل ارضية المعلب او عبر شبكات البث الفضائية بما يتوافق مع طبيعة وثقافة البلد المستضيف من اجل تعريف البلدان الاخرى اكثر بحضارتها وتراثها, وانتاج عرض فني مؤثر في نفس المتلقي ويحمل ابعاد فكرية ترتبط بعدة رسائل وخطابات موجهة الى العالم اجمع.
