دَوْر اَلمشْرِف الفنِّيِّ المسْرحيِّ فِي تَطوِير مهارَات مُتَعلمِي المرْحلة الإعْداديَّة

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة دور المشرف الفني المسرحي في تطوير وتنمية المهارات لدى متعلمي المرحلة الإعدادية في محافظة بغداد، تألفت عينة الدراسة من (32) مشرف فني مسرحي، في مديرية تربية الرصافة الأولى والثانية والثالثة وتربية الكرخ الثالثة، استخدمت الدراسة الحالية الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات تم بناءها على ثلاث محاور وهي المهارات المعرفية التي يطورها المشرف الفني المسرحي، ومهارة الصوت والإلقاء التي يطورها المشرف المسرحي، ومهارة حركة الجسد التي يطورها المشرف المسرحي، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن للمشرف الفني المسرحي دور كبير في تطوير وتنمية مهارات متعلمي المرحلة الإعدادية في محافظة بغداد، كما جاءت تنمية مهارة حركة الجسد بالمرتبة الأولى تليها تنمية المهارات ومن ثم تنمية مهارة الصوت والإلقاء، يليها لعب المشرف الفني المسرحي دورًا كبيرًا في تطوير وتنمية المهارات (المعرفية) لدى المتعلمين، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تنظيم دورات وبرامج تدريبية لتزويد المعلمين بالخبرات لضمان استخدام مسرح المدرسة كأحد أهم أدواتها التعليمية.
