مدى ملائمة تصميم الاسرة الطبية للمتطلبات الوظيفية للمعاقين حركياً(شلل الاطراف السفلى)

استهدف البحث الحالي دراسة وتحليل تصاميم الاسرة الطبية المستخدمة من قبل المعاقين حركياً (مشلولي الاطراف السفلى ) ، لمعرفة وفهم مدى ملائمة هذه التصاميم ، لحالة المعاقين الصحية والعمل على تحديد التعديلات التصميمية الازمة لمواءمة المتطلبات الوظيفية لهذه الشريحة .
اقتصر البحث على تصاميم الاسرة الطبية للفترة من (2023-2024) الموجودة في المستشفيات التخصصية ومراكز اعادة تاهيل المعاقين ومراكز بيع المستلزمات الطبية.
تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي دراسة الحالة، وذلك بجمع المعلومات ميدانياً، من خلال استخدام استمارة الملاحظة للعمل على مسح العينات ومن ثم القيام بتحليلها وتفسيرها للوصول الى نتائج دقيقة
ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث، والتي دلت على جملة استنتاجات منها ، سجلت نماذج العينة ضعفاً وظيفياً واضحاً من حيث الملائمة الاستخدامية مع الحالة الصحية للمعاق (مشلول الاطراف السفلى ) ، ان عدم اعتماد المنظومة الحركية في رفع وخفض السريرادى الى ضعف التصاميم الحالية مما اثر سلباً على كفاءة الاستخدام من قبل المعاقين.
